Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, in which case a full refund will be issued.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. For bank transfers, orders are dispatched only after payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Payless.lk is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
